Samantha Stevens is a Licensed Professional Counselor who effortlessly creates an inclusive and collaborative environment in which clients may safely explore the connection between emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Samantha uses an integrative, evidence-based approach to help clients recognize their full potential. Samantha supports children, adolescents, and adults facing disordered eating, anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflict.
Samantha received her B.A. in Psychology from Dartmouth College and her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Villanova University. With a background in Division I track and field, Samantha witnessed firsthand the prominence of disordered eating in collegiate athletes and its subsequent impact on well-being. This sparked Samantha’s interest in pursuing eating disorders through a clinical lens, and inspired Samantha’s decision to spend her professional career helping to foster patients’ physical, mental and psychological resilience and strength in residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings.
