Where therapy typically takes place in the office, coaching just as often happens in the community.

LIFT coaches work to build and expand upon existing skills “in vivo”with our clients. Our coaches are also available to work via tele-health with clients across the U.S. and internationally. Coaches are able to assist a client 1:1 with short and long-term projects, and can act as wraparound support with a client’s therapist, or work independently with a client. Working with a LIFT coach is often a short-term, solution-focused, and goal-driven process, and can sometimes supplement a higher level of care for a client with a high acuity need.
