Melissa Redmond, MA, CMHC, LPC is a seasoned psychotherapist, specialist in young adults and women’s issues, and skilled program leader. Having previously served as Director of a Greenwich, CT-based program, Melissa brings to Lift leadership experience and strong clinical acumen. Her passion lies in guiding clients through life’s many transitions and periods of needing support to become “unstuck.”

Melissa has a strong track record of successful outcomes supporting launching young adults transitioning from home to college, or on their own after college, as well aiding parents transitioning into new purpose/empty nest.

Melissa practices what she preaches, and her own life journey has included it’s own gracious transitions, including a successful career in finance, as a mother of three, a professional chef, and as a clinical psychotherapist.

Melissa imparts to clients an ability to tap into new willingness and motivation, and make changes that yield personal growth, meaning, and purpose.

Melissa’s clinical expertise includes eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, emotion regulation, boundary setting deficits, relationships, and life transitions.
