Welcome Kristin Frank, MAT – Director of Outreach and Admissions
Liftwell Health is thrilled to welcome Kristin Frank, MAT to our team as Director of Outreach and Admissions. Kristin brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing and business development, with a strong focus on behavioral health and community engagement.
In her role at Liftwell, Kristin will lead our admissions efforts and spearhead community outreach initiatives. She will serve as the key liaison to mental health professionals, schools, healthcare organizations, and community partners—helping to connect individuals and families with the support and care they need.
Kristin joins us following six impactful years as a Senior Regional Outreach Manager with Monte Nido Walden, a national eating disorder treatment program, where she oversaw outreach in New York and New England. Her deep understanding of the behavioral health landscape, combined with her passion for connecting people to meaningful care, makes her a valuable addition to our leadership team.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Marist College and a Master’s in Teaching from Sacred Heart University.
